What Concho County Booking Records Contain

When someone is arrested and processed at a Concho County facility, a booking record is created. Those records are public under the Texas Public Information Act. Standard Concho County booking releases include the person's full name, date of birth, physical description, charges, bond amount, arresting agency, and intake date and time. Release information is added when the person leaves custody.
